These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph234 ("ph234," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph234 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at https://ph234.club.

By creating an account, accessing the ph234 platform, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph234, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph234 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read together with ph234's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain a ph234 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. ph234 strictly prohibits minors from participating in any real-money gaming activity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph234 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ph234 or any applicable gaming authority.

ph234 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to ph234's satisfaction.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered ph234 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the ph234 platform.

When registering a ph234 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required during registration or identity verification.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your ph234 account login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify ph234 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete ph234's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, before withdrawal access is granted.

ph234 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or suspension.

ph234 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same ph234 account, or to verified accounts in the player's own name.
• ph234 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. ph234 may also conduct enhanced due diligence for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• ph234 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or events outside ph234's reasonable control.
• ph234 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, pending investigation.

ph234 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may charge their own fees, which are the player's responsibility.

ph234 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your ph234 wallet. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• ph234 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including where system errors have resulted in incorrect bonus amounts being credited.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or use of automated tools to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in permanent account suspension.
• ph234 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's use of any promotion constitutes abuse.

All games available on ph234 are governed by game-specific rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

ph234 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from accredited studio providers and are subject to those providers' operational rules in addition to ph234's Terms.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game, ph234 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's ph234 wallet. ph234 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical issues outside its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph234 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph234 games or systems.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ph234's platform or games. Any winnings resulting from known exploits are void and must be returned.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a ph234 account for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing ph234 from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ph234 staff or other players.

All content on the ph234 platform — including but not limited to the ph234 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ph234 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph234 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any ph234 content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph234's total liability to any player arising from or related to use of the ph234 platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph234 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or events beyond ph234's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the ph234 platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure account login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph234's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

ph234 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a ph234 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph234 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers required to operate the ph234 platform (payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services) and where required by law or applicable gaming regulations.

ph234 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All real-money gaming on ph234 is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older. ph234 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may suspend their ph234 account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term exclusion from ph234. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

ph234 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph234 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to ph234, its other players, or its payment partners.
• ph234 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph234 account may do so by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course after account closure, subject to these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph234's customer support escalation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph234 will provide reasonable notice via email or on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the ph234 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
